The main highlight of the product announcements will be the iPhone 16 series, while significant updates are also expected for the Apple Watch and AirPods. A new suite of AI tools, including an enhanced Siri digital assistant, called Apple Intelligence, will also take center stage at the Apple event. The Apple event theme, “It’s Glowtime,” alludes to the new interface of Siri.
Apple is under pressure to demonstrate its significant presence in the field of generative artificial intelligence to consumers and investors. The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will keep the design of the iPhone 15 Pro line, with the primary change being the displays. The screen sizes will increase to 6.3 inches for the smaller model and 6.9 inches for the Max version, with slimmer bezels for a sleeker overall look.
Similar to the iPhone 15 Pro line, the 16 Pro models will include 8 gigabytes of memory and speedier chips with an optimized neural engine for AI.
Both iPhone 16 Pro models will receive camera upgrades, such as a shift to a 48-megapixel lens for the ultrawide-angle camera. Additionally, the smaller iPhone 16 Pro will gain 5x optical zoom on the telephoto lens to match the Max version.
A notable camera enhancement for both models will be the addition of a touch-sensitive button on the right side of the phone for taking photos and videos. While the physical design of the phones remains largely unchanged from last year, Apple will introduce new color options. Apple Airpods
